These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Prime Choice Consulting, Inc. ("Prime Choice," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Prime Choice Consulting provides tax preparation, tax consulting, tax resolution, and related services. All services are performed based solely on information provided by the client. We do not guarantee any specific tax outcome, refund amount, or result.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to prepare your return or perform the requested service. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit. Prime Choice is not liable for errors or penalties resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the amount of any tax refund or the reduction of any tax liability. Tax outcomes depend on individual circumstances and applicable law, both of which are outside our control.
Fees for services will be communicated to you before work begins. Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of engagement. We reserve the right to withhold completed returns until fees are paid in full.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required to perform our services, comply with legal obligations, or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Access to our secure client portal at taxinfo.mytaxportal.online is provided for the purpose of exchanging documents and information related to your tax services. You agree not to use the portal for any unlawful purpose or to upload false or misleading information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Choice Consulting's liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If your return is selected for audit or review by the IRS or any taxing authority, Prime Choice may provide assistance at our standard rates. Audit assistance is not included in standard preparation fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Illinois.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
